Orientation is where everything starts.

This stage is designed for organisations that know AI matters, but are not yet sure where to begin or how to approach it safely and sensibly. I help you get clear on what AI means for your business, what is realistic right now, and how to move forward with confidence.

The Foundation work is about understanding, alignment, and direction. It combines practical assessment with ethical thinking and real-world process analysis, so you are not just informed, but properly prepared.

AI Readiness Assessment

The AI Readiness Assessment answers one simple question: where are you right now?

I work with you to understand your current level of AI awareness, existing tools, data quality, team confidence, and business goals. The aim is not to overwhelm you with technology, but to give you a clear, honest picture of what is possible and what makes sense for your organisation at this stage.

You come away with clarity, priorities, and a realistic starting point.

Ethical AI Framework

AI works best when it is used with intention and care.

In this area, I help you define how AI should and should not be used within your organisation. This includes creating clear policies around responsible use, data handling, transparency, and the role of AI alongside human judgement.

The focus is on using AI to support your people, reduce unnecessary workload, and improve decision-making, rather than replacing staff or creating hidden risks. The result is a clear ethical stance that your team can understand and trust.

Process Analysis and Roadmapping

This is where theory meets reality.

I look at how your business actually works today, examining key processes, handovers, bottlenecks, and repetitive tasks. From there, I identify where AI and automation could genuinely help, and where it would add little value.

You receive a practical roadmap that shows what could be automated, what should stay human-led, and how to approach change in sensible, manageable steps.
